Old Oakhamian Lodge 8033
The Old Oakhamian Lodge dates back to May 1965 and is probably one of the most regular and widely supported sections, running under the Old Oakhamian banner.
The membership of the Lodge covers a wide range of old boys, from all walks of life who endeavour to connect with their schooltime roots and connections, whilst giving back to their community.
For Freemasons, there are four important values that help define their path through life: Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Service.
In today’s world filled with uncertainty, these principles ring as true now as they have at any point in the organisation’s history.

“Masonic labour is purely a labour of love. He who seeks to draw Masonic wages in gold and silver will be disappointed. The wages of a Mason are in the dealings with one another; sympathy begets sympathy, kindness begets kindness, helpfulness begets helpfulness, and these are the wages of a Mason.”
— Winston Churchill, Studholme Lodge No. 1591
