We meet four times a year, on the 3rd Saturday of October, the 2nd Saturday in December, the 4th Saturday in March and the 4th Saturday in May, primarily at the BAF Smith Pavilion, dining afterwards at the Barraclough Hall. Committee meetings and Rehearsals take place on the same day, earlier in the afternoon, which all members are encouraged to attend.

Federation of School Lodges Meeting at Oakham
