Donation of £1000 to Rutland Foodbank
Rutland Foodbank has been operating since 2013 since when it has provided nearly 14,000 emergency food parcels to people living in Rutland. Clients struggling to afford food and in need of help are referred by charities such as Citizens Advice Rutland, local schools & churches and by the council. The Foodbank relies upon donations of food from local communities and businesses as well as financial donations that help them to operate as well enabling them to buy fresh foods, toiletries and bulk purchases.
