Donation of £2000 to Oakham School Foundation Bursary Fund

The Oakham School Foundation’s current mission is to ensure that any pupil who wishes to attend can do so, irrespective of ability to pay fees.

The Foundation raises funds to support the School by funding bursaries and Scholarships as well providing funding for capital projects. 

The School remains committed to ensuring that its world-class education is available to all, regardless of circumstance. Oakham School currently provides means-tested fee support to 66 students, including two fully funded Bursary pupils. They hope to increase fee assistance to over 100 pupils, and the number of fully-funded places to 16 thus matching the same number of worthy scholars who started at Archdeacon Johnson's school over 400 years ago.

The Old Oakhamian Lodge is supporting the Oakham School Foundation Bursary Fund with a pledge to provide funding of £2,000 with annual payments spread over 5 years, the first of which was paid in 2024.
